We allow third parties to provide analytics services and serve advertisements on our behalf across the web and other online services. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, and similar technologies to collect information about your use of our Services and other websites or online services, including your IP address, device type, browser, mobile network information, pages visited, time spent, links clicked, and conversion information.
Mundo Kuku Play and our partners may use this information to analyze and track data, measure the effectiveness and popularity of content, deliver advertising and content tailored to your interests, and better understand your online activity. Some advertising partners may also help us convert your email address or phone number into a hashed identifier to display more relevant ads to you on other platforms.

Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Application.
Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by this Application is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services. In cases where this Application specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the Service.
Users who are uncertain about which Personal Data is mandatory are welcome to contact the Owner.
Any use of Cookies – or of other tracking tools – by this Application or website, or by the owners of third-party services used by this Application serves the purpose of providing the Service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in the present document and in the Cookie Policy, if available.

Legal basis of processing

The Owner may process Personal Data relating to Users if one of the following applies:
Users have given their consent for one or more specific purposes. Note: Under some legislations the Owner may be allowed to process Personal Data until the User objects to such processing (“opt-out”), without having to rely on consent or any other of the following legal bases. This, however, does not apply, whenever the processing of Personal Data is subject to European data protection law; provision of Data is necessary for the performance of an agreement with the User and/or for any pre-contractual obligations thereof;

Retention time

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.
Therefore:

- Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
- Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner.

The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.
Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.

By filling in the contact form with their Data, the User authorizes this Application to use these details to reply to requests for information, quotes or any other kind of request as indicated by the form’s header.

By registering on the mailing list or for the newsletter, the User’s email address will be added to the contact list of those who may receive email messages containing information of commercial or promotional nature concerning this Application. Your email address might also be added to this list as a result of signing up to this Application or after making a purchase.

About the Information We Collect

Mundo Kuku Play does not collect personal data about children’s in-app experiences. As parents, you provide Mundo Kuku Play with the data we collect directly. These are the types of personal data we collect from responsible adults and parents:

- Name (nickname or alias);
- Address (for billing);
- User password;
- Phone number;
- Payment details;
- Email address;
- Information about your interests, if you wish;
- Child’s name if you wish;
- Information about the child’s interests, if you wish.

We also collect the following information once you have installed and/or started using our apps:

- Unique device identifier;
- IP address;
- Browser type and version;
- Mobile network operator;
- Video progress;
- Video playtime;
- Playback history.

We may also use cookies and beacons to facilitate service delivery and analytics (e.g., how many times a webpage). Cookies may also be used to personalize our content.

Collection of other 'Non-Personal' Information

Some non-personal information may be gathered while you use our apps. Non personal information is general, non-identifiable and anonymous information that is gathered for statistical, analytical and research purposes such as the improvement of our apps (for example, bug fixes).
Though We do not use cookies in order to track your movement around the web, Our apps and website (http://www.mundokuku.com) use Google Analytics to help analyze how users use these products. The tool collects internet log information and general visitor behavior information in an anonymous way. This information is then used to evaluate the use of our products and to compile statistical reports on user activity.

    HOW WE MAY SHARE YOUR INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES

    We cannot provide all services necessary for the successful operation of the Apps by ourselves. We must therefore share collected information with third parties, including analytics providers, tracking providers, third party advertising providers and other third party service providers that support the Apps (collectively referred to as “Partners”). We may share information that can be used to personally identify your device (e.g. persistent identifiers such as IDFA, IDFV, advertising ID and IP address) for the purposes of delivering our services, displaying advertisements, conducting analysis and research and for measuring our and our Partners’s advertising campaign performance. Our analytics providers: For some Apps we use third party analytics such as Firebase Analytics for the purposes of delivering our services, conducting analysis and research. To get more information about how your data is being collected and processed you can visit the site “How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps” located at www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. Additionally we have also integrated Google Play Developer Console data like Impressions, Downloads, and Traffic Sources into a Google Analytics account to see how many times people viewed or downloaded our apps from Google Play. The device data we share with such providers are encoded. The providers may assign a random ID to these data and they are not able to match it back to You. Third party analytics providers have the right to process the data in accordance with their privacy policies (http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/#nosharing) and such collection and processing is limited to the disclosure in aggregated manner, for the purposes of showing trends about the use of their services, for advertising services and marketing purposes. We can aggregate the data for benchmarking feature.
Our cloud service providers: We store information we collect from you on servers provided by our third party cloud service providers such as Google Cloud Platform and Google’s Android Backup Service;
We may contract with additional Partners or change existing Partners in the future to perform any services in connection with the Apps. These changes shall be updated twice a year or promptly in case of material changes in our data processing practices.
We reserve the right to disclose your information in response to law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence, as long as COPPA allows it. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or to protect our operations, users or user experience. Additionally, in the event of a reorganization, merger or sale we may transfer any and all information we collect to the relevant third party.

Mundo Kuku Play never collects any personal data about children’s in-app experiences.
We collect and manage personal information when adults voluntarily:

- Open a Mundo Kuku Play account online by registering or using our apps;
- Subscribe digitally or pay for our products;
- Complete a customer survey or send us product feedback;
- Subscribe to alerts or newsletters;
- Request technical or customer support.

We collect and manage personal data when using third-party services for operations such as technical support, shipment notifications, email marketing, order processing, and payments.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We only work with third-party companies that commit to respecting this Privacy Policy and not using your data for any other purpose.
The information we collect from you is used to:
- Manage your orders and administer your account (legal basis: performance of the user agreement between you and Mundo Kuku Play);
- Provide technical support (legal basis: performance of the user agreement between you and Mundo Kuku Play);
- Better understand how you use our apps and website (legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving and developing new services);
- Analyze and improve our digital services (legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving and developing new services);
- Send you push notifications, only if you have consented (legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing relevant information about our services, including your purchases with us);
- Inform you about new offers, services, or products that may interest you (legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing you with information about products and services unless applicable law requires your consent, in which case we will obtain it);
- Personalize the content children see when using our educational services to ensure their experience matches their skill level (legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the experience, unless applicable law requires consent, in which case we will obtain it);
- Remember playback history, preferred settings, and/or a child’s content (legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving and developing new services).
We will never use any child’s personal data for marketing or online advertising purposes.

HOW WE KEEP YOUR DATA SAFE

At Mundo Kuku Play, we are committed to keeping your and your child’s information secure. We have adopted reasonable technical, administrative, and physical procedures to protect this information against loss, misuse, and alteration, including encryption when appropriate. Please note, however, that no data transmission or storage procedure can be guaranteed as completely foolproof. We hope you feel secure using the Services, but we cannot guarantee the security of the data you or your child transmit to us.

HOW OUR PARTNERS MAY USE YOUR INFORMATION

We strive to adhere to the generally accepted industry practices regarding the collection and the usage of information by our Partners and to limit their usage to the services they provide for us. They adhere to this Privacy Policy, but in some cases we must use their privacy policies.
We strive to commit our Partners to using the information solely for the purposes as stated in this Privacy Policy. Notwithstanding the above, we cannot guarantee that our Partners will adhere to the contractual obligations or acceptable business practices. While we strive to protect the information provided to our Partners, we have no direct control over their use of the collected information and therefore you acknowledge that we are not liable for any third party privacy breach and that our liability for our Partner breaches is limited to the amount we are able to receive as indemnification from our Partners (legal costs exempted).

WHERE WE SECURELY STORE YOUR DATA

Information may be stored both in the United States and in other countries. To fulfill the products and services we offer and the external services we use, such as payment processing, the data you share with us may be transferred to other countries. If we transfer your data to other countries, we will take necessary measures to ensure that all personal information you have provided remains adequately protected. By interacting with our site and using our services, you consent to any such data transfer as necessary.

OTHER WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICIES

We occasionally share links to other websites or services. Mundo Kuku Play is not responsible for these companies or the services they provide, and sharing a link does not imply our endorsement. The Mundo Kuku Play Privacy Policy only applies to our website, and when you visit another website through one of our links, we recommend you also review that website’s privacy policy.
By using Mundo Kuku Play services, you may also be subject to the terms of use and privacy practices of third-party services not controlled by Mundo Kuku Play. Examples include mobile app stores, software platforms, online social networks, and payment processors.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

We consider ourselves to be family oriented, however we have decided to voluntarily implement higher child protection standards even though our products and services are directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, with the sole exception of persistent identifiers as described below. If we learn that we have collected personal information other than persistent identifier of a child under the age of 13, we will take all reasonable steps to delete the information as soon as possible. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at support@mundokuku.com.
In order to preserve the family-friendly reputation of our Apps, we age-gated some of the features in our Apps, so that they are not available for use by children under 13. The age gate is being conducted after the download of some of our Apps for specific territories in order to assure the privacy and protection of younger users of our Apps. The features enabling potential collection and sharing of personally identifiable information, with the exception of persistent identifiers, are disabled for device IDs of users who did not pass the age gate. For user’s safety, it is not possible to change the age later on. We do not store the year of birth of users who have identified themselves as below the age of 13 in our Apps, but only the information that their device ID did not pass the age gate.
We will send push notifications only to users who allow us to do so in order to reengage them in terms of using the App. We strive to ensure that the content of the push notifications will always be family-friendly. Push notifications are local, contextual and sent in app only and not from a server or in conjunction with other user information.

OPT-OUT

You are always free to opt out from the future collection of your personal information by Mundo Kuku Play in accordance with this Privacy Policy by uninstalling all the Apps from each of your computing devices.

HOW TO UPDATE OR DELETE YOUR DATA

Mundo Kuku Play stores your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. If you wish to unsubscribe from any or all of our services, review, or delete your or your child’s information, please contact us at support@mundokuku.com.
In certain geographic regions, such as the European Economic Area, you have the right to: 
(i) request access to and obtain a copy of your personal data; 
(ii) request its rectification or deletion; 
(iii) restrict the processing of your personal information; and 
(iv) if applicable, data portability.

The rights of Users
Users may exercise certain rights regarding their Data processed by the Owner.
In particular, Users have the right to do the following:

- Withdraw their consent at any time. Users have the right to withdraw consent where they have previously given their consent to the processing of their Personal Data.

- Object to processing of their Data. Users have the right to object to the processing of their Data if the processing is carried out on a legal basis other than consent. Further details are provided in the dedicated section below.

- Access their Data. Users have the right to learn if Data is being processed by the Owner, obtain disclosure regarding certain aspects of the processing and obtain a copy of the Data undergoing processing.

- Verify and seek rectification. Users have the right to verify the accuracy of their Data and ask for it to be updated or corrected.

- Restrict the processing of their Data. Users have the right, under certain circumstances, to restrict the processing of their Data. In this case, the Owner will not process their Data for any purpose other than storing it.

- Have their Personal Data deleted or otherwise removed. Users have the right, under certain circumstances, to obtain the erasure of their Data from the Owner.

- Receive their Data and have it transferred to another controller. Users have the right to receive their Data in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format and, if technically feasible, to have it transmitted to another controller without any hindrance. This provision is applicable provided that the Data is processed by automated means and that the processing is based on the User's consent, on a contract which the User is part of or on pre-contractual obligations thereof.

- Lodge a complaint. Users have the right to bring a claim before their competent data protection authority.


Under the GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
Under COPPA, if you are the parent or guardian of a child under 13, you may review the personal information we have collected from your child, request its deletion, and refuse to allow further collection or use of such information.

Legal action

As explained above, we only collect limited personal information from adults and parents who willingly share it with us, as well as non-personal data for internal use or in collaboration with third parties who help us analyze, manage, and optimize our services. If required by law, we may need to disclose your personal or non-personal data to third parties, for example, to comply with a legal investigation, protect Mundo Kuku Play’s rights and property, investigate fraud, intellectual property infringements, or any other potentially illegal conduct that exposes Mundo Kuku Play or its users to legal liability. If Mundo Kuku Play changes ownership, or even proposes a change in ownership, we may need to disclose your information, for example, in the event of a company sale, merger, or bankruptcy.
